Our Marketing Development Representatives are specialists in researching prospects, discovering pain points, getting access to and setting meetings with decision-makers. This role allows the Account Executive team to focus exclusively on conducting meetings with prospects and increasing the overall productivity of the sales organization.

You will leverage sales tools to deploy outbound lead campaigns including cold calling, email, and social media to engage and qualify employer prospects and initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies.
Research and identify potential clients and hiring opportunities in the US, EU, and UK. Build high-quality lead lists using LinkedIn, databases, and industry tools. Support outreach campaigns with accurate, segmented lists. Track market trends, funding rounds, and company updates to find new leads. Update and maintain CRM/ATS data.
Source and qualify leads from within our ICP utilising our tech stack. Prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to set up meetings for Account Executives. Present Kota to potential clients. Identify client needs. Build trusting relationships with clients. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
This position is a critical accelerator for our growth, requiring a blend of proactive sales outreach to generate new business opportunities and support for our internal talent acquisition efforts.
